Ingredients:
1.5 bananas
60g Self Raising flour
40g blueberries
120ml plant milk
Pinch of cinnamon
4 tsp almond butter (optional)
1 serving (38g) of Perform Plant Protein
2ml of Plant Based Omega 3
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour 2 tablespoons of mix onto the pan and cook for a couple of minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute or until golden brown.
Repeat until all batter is used.
Layer pancakes with sliced bananas and a bit of nut butter, repeat until you created a tower. Enjoy with a drizzle of chocolate syrup!
